1. Introduction

Welcome to JamcDesign (jamcdesign.com). By accessing and using our website and services, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

JamcDesign is a digital resource platform for designers, offering files such as flyers, textures, PNG backgrounds, and PSD files for use in creative projects.

2. Services and Subscriptions

JamcDesign offers monthly subscription plans that allow you to download digital resources according to the limits of each plan:

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle") as our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment processing, invoicing, applicable taxes, and refunds. By making a purchase, you agree to Paddle's terms of service and their privacy policy.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month and can be canceled at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of the paid period.

Note: Some existing users may have subscriptions processed by PayPal, which remain valid under PayPal's terms.

3. Use of Resources

By downloading a resource with an active subscription, you obtain a non-exclusive right for personal and commercial use in the production of graphic materials, including work performed for your clients.

Resources available on JamcDesign may incorporate elements from various sources. JamcDesign does not guarantee exclusive intellectual property rights over the individual components of each resource.

Permitted Use

  • Production of graphic materials for social media, advertising, and print
  • Use in websites, applications, and marketing materials
  • Modification and adaptation for your projects and those of your clients

Prohibited Use

  • Redistribute, resell, or sublicense downloaded files
  • Share your account or credentials with third parties
  • Use the files as the primary element of a registered trademark
  • Offer the resources on other download platforms or as a product for resale

4. Accounts and Security

To access premium resources, you need to create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

JamcDesign reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that exhibit suspicious activity, violation of these terms, or abuse of the service (such as account sharing or automated downloads).

5. Intellectual Property

The name, logo, code, and design of the JamcDesign platform are the exclusive property of JamcDesign.

The resources available on the platform are provided under the terms of use established in this section. JamcDesign does not transfer intellectual property rights over individual resources.

6. Limitation of Liability

JamcDesign provides resources "as is." We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the preceding 30 days.

7. Modifications and Pricing

We reserve the right to modify these terms and the prices of our plans at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to registered users via email. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Price changes will not affect active subscriptions during their current billing period. New prices will only apply to new subscriptions or renewals after the date of the change. Updated prices will always be available on our pricing page.
