Welcome to JamcDesign (jamcdesign.com). By accessing and using our website and services, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
JamcDesign is a digital resource platform for designers, offering files such as flyers, textures, PNG backgrounds and PSD files for use in creative projects.
2. Provider information
JamcDesign is the trade name of jamcdesign.com. For transparency in internet commerce in Panama, this site is associated with Panamanian Notice of Operation No. 8-890-491-2026-574441486.

3. Services, prices and subscriptions
JamcDesign offers digital resources through monthly subscription plans and, when available, individual purchases. Prices, benefits and download limits are shown before payment is completed:

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle") as our Merchant of Record. Paddle manages payment processing, billing, applicable taxes and refunds. When you make a purchase, you accept the Paddle terms of service and its privacy policy.
Subscriptions renew automatically every month and may be canceled at any time. After cancellation, you keep access until the end of the paid period, unless the processor-confirmed status indicates expiration, non-payment, refund or effective cancellation.
4. Use of resources
When you download a resource with an active subscription, you receive a non-exclusive right for personal and commercial use in the production of graphic materials, including work performed for your clients.
Resources available on JamcDesign may incorporate elements from different sources. JamcDesign does not guarantee exclusive intellectual property rights over the individual components of each resource.
- Production of graphic materials for social media, advertising and print
- Use on websites, applications and marketing materials
- Modification and adaptation for your projects and your clients’ projects
- Redistributing, reselling or sublicensing downloaded files
- Sharing your account or credentials with third parties
- Using the files as the main element of a registered trademark
- Offering the resources on other download platforms or as a product for resale
5. Accounts and security
To access premium resources, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
JamcDesign reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts that show suspicious activity, violation of these terms or abuse of the service, such as account sharing or automated downloads.
6. Intellectual property
The JamcDesign name, logo, code and platform design are the exclusive property of JamcDesign.
Resources available on the platform are provided under the terms of use set out in this section. JamcDesign does not transfer intellectual property rights over individual resources.
7. Limitation of liability
JamcDesign provides resources "as is". We will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the previous 30 days.
8. Support, claims and technical errors
If a resource does not download correctly, appears damaged, does not match what was offered or you have an access issue, you must report it through support with your account email, the affected resource and any error message.
When we can verify the issue, we will try to correct the file, restore access, return download credits or apply the appropriate solution under the refund policy.
9. Changes and prices
We reserve the right to modify these terms and our plan prices at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to registered users by email. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Price changes will not affect active subscriptions during their current billing period. New prices will only apply to new subscriptions or renewals after the change date. Updated prices will always be available on our pricing page.
10. Language
These Terms and the rest of our policies are published in Spanish. The Spanish version is considered authoritative for all legal purposes.
