Jamcdesign determines the purposes and means of processing personal data used to operate jamcdesign.com, manage accounts, deliver digital resources, handle support and protect the platform.

  • Payment data: processed by Paddle (card) or PayPal. Jamcdesign does not store card numbers or bank details.
  • Usage data: download history, plan consumption and activity on the platform.
  • Support data: messages, permitted attachments, replies and data needed to resolve issues.
  • Technical and security data: session logs, IP address, browser, security events and signals against abuse or automation.

3. How we use your information

  • Manage your account, subscription and access to resources.
  • Process payments, reconciliations and confirmations through Paddle and PayPal.
  • Monitor your plan’s weekly download limits.
  • Send you support communications and security alerts.
  • Prevent abuse, fraud, unauthorized access and misuse of accounts or downloads.
  • Comply with legal, tax, accounting obligations and valid requests from competent authorities.
  • Improve our services and user experience.

We process this data under the legal basis that applies in each case: performance of the contract (creating your account, delivering resources and managing your subscription and support), compliance with legal, accounting and tax obligations, and your consent for optional communications where applicable.

4. Sharing information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We only share data with:

  • Paddle: as Merchant of Record, it processes card payments, manages taxes and handles refunds. See the Paddle privacy policy.
  • PayPal: processes the payments and subscriptions you choose to pay with PayPal. See the PayPal privacy policy.
  • Cloudflare: for security protection, CDN, file storage, resource delivery and CAPTCHA verification (Turnstile).
  • Email provider: to send transactional notifications related to your account.
  • Competent authorities: when there is a legal obligation, valid request or need to protect rights, security or service integrity.

5. Cookies and technologies

We only use essential cookies necessary for the site to work:

  • Keep your user session active.
  • Remember your theme preference (light/dark).
  • Protection against bots and abuse (Cloudflare Turnstile).

We do not use advertising tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies.

6. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, disclosure or misuse. However, no system for transmitting or storing information can guarantee absolute security.

7. Data retention

We retain personal data while your account is active or while needed to provide the service, resolve support, maintain purchase records, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud or protect platform security. Certain purchase and billing records may be retained for the periods required by applicable tax, accounting or fraud-prevention law.

When you request account deletion, we will delete or anonymize data we are not required to keep for legal, accounting, tax, security, abuse prevention or transaction audit obligations.

You may exercise the rights recognized by applicable personal data protection rules, including:

9. Third-party integrations

Jamcdesign may use integrations with external services, such as Pinterest, to manage and publish the platform's own content.

When these integrations require authorization, access is limited to the permissions needed to provide that functionality and is handled in accordance with the corresponding provider's terms and policies.

We do not collect the credentials of those services, sell data obtained through them, or use them to track Jamcdesign users. The connection can be revoked at any time from the provider's settings.
