Jamcdesign offers digital resources through monthly subscription plans and, when available, individual purchases. Prices, benefits and download limits are shown before payment is completed:
We offer two ways to pay. Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle") as our Merchant of Record, and Paddle manages processing, billing, applicable taxes and refunds; when you pay that way you accept the Paddle terms of service and its privacy policy. If you choose PayPal, the sale is made directly by Jamcdesign and PayPal only processes the charge.
Subscriptions renew automatically every month and may be canceled at any time. After cancellation, you keep access until the end of the paid period, unless the processor-confirmed status indicates expiration, non-payment, refund or effective cancellation.
When you validly download a resource with an active subscription, Jamcdesign grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable license to use and modify the resource in personal and commercial projects, including work performed for your clients, in accordance with these Terms.
Some resources available on Jamcdesign may be created, modified or enhanced using generative artificial intelligence tools, design software and other digital creative processes, including editing, composition and retouching. Downloading a resource grants no exclusive rights over ideas, styles, concepts or visual elements that may exist similarly in other content; you receive only the usage rights set out in the applicable Jamcdesign license.
To create an account and enter into a contract, you must have the age and legal capacity required in your jurisdiction, or the corresponding authorization. To access premium resources you need an account with a valid email address, and you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
Jamcdesign may suspend or cancel accounts in cases of fraud, improper chargebacks, redistribution or resale of resources, account sharing, abusive download automation or any breach of these terms. Where reasonable, we will try to give notice before applying the measure.
Jamcdesign retains the rights to its brand, visual identity, original content and other protectable elements of the platform, without prejudice to the rights corresponding to third-party technologies, tools, libraries and materials used under their respective licenses.
Resources available on the platform are provided under the terms of use set out in this section. Jamcdesign does not transfer intellectual property rights over individual resources.
Jamcdesign provides resources "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, and our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the previous 30 days. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot be legally excluded or limited.
If a resource does not download correctly, appears damaged, does not match what was offered or you have an access issue, you must report it through support with your account email, the affected resource and any error message.
When we can verify the issue, we will try to correct the file, restore access, return download credits or apply the appropriate solution under the refund policy.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the service, legal requirements or our business practices. When a change materially affects the rights of registered users, we will try to communicate it with reasonable advance notice by email and, where applicable law requires it, we will request the corresponding consent. Continued use of the service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Price changes will not affect active subscriptions during their current billing period. New prices will only apply to new subscriptions or renewals after the change date. Updated prices will always be available on our pricing page.
These Terms and the rest of our policies are published in Spanish. The Spanish version is considered authoritative for all legal purposes.
These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rights that apply to the user.
